ST. PAUL, October 2nd, 2007-  Metro Refugee Health Task Force members listened as IHEA Founder and Executive Director , Dr. Niccu Tafarrodi, gave a presentation about the detailed process of developing health education publications for immigrants and refugees.  Members attending the meeting at the Minnesota Department of Health include community health workers, volunteers, and various healthcare providers from the Twin Cities area, all dedicated to helping refugees in the United States get access to the best and most culturally sensitive healthcare possible.  Also attending was IHEA board member, Dr. Laila Gulzar, who gave a presentation about research done on immigrant Muslim women in regard to pre- and post-natal care.
